How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your deck or gear leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer free assembly for custom setups?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, you can request free assembly in the order notes. We will professionally grip and build your board so it is ready to ride out of the box.
What is your return policy on skate gear?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in brand-new, un-skated condition. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or a board has been used on pavement, it is no longer eligible for return.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, skaters with larger feet or those who prefer transition/vert skating choose 8.25" to 8.5"+, while technical street skaters often prefer 7.75" to 8.25". Check our Size Guide for detailed recommendations.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay for larger orders.
